Orange Shirt Society

Over the past few weeks our country has learned of the horrendous discoveries of unmarked graves of Residential School children in many parts of Canada, and there are likely many more to be found.
In lieu of a Canada Day sale, along with a personal donation from Canuck Crate, 5% of all sales for the month of July will be donated to the Orange Shirt Society.
From their website:
The Orange Shirt Society works on fostering Indian Residential School reconciliation, raising awareness across Canada of the continuing intergenerational impacts of the schools, and of the concept of “Every Child Matters”.
Visit their website if you would also like to donate.

catherine

Hey! I'm Catherine, the youngest Canuck. I've lived overseas and know what it's like to miss the familiar flavours and scents of home, like maple syrup, camp fire, and roasted marshmallows!

tammy

Hey, I'm Tammy! The first Canuck sister. I loved growing up in Southern Ontario, making the most of each season every time it came around. From water skiing on Eels Lake in the summer and lounging in the shallow waters of Wasaga Beach, to snowboarding down a Blue Mountain run in the winter, and jumping through the biggest mound of leaves at the cottage in the fall.
