WHAT IS IN YOUR SUBSCRIPTION BOXES?
Our subscription boxes are filled with only Canadian-made goodies. We have found over 125 companies (and counting!) that create delicious food, snacks and drinks right in our own backyards. We curate each month's box so there is a variety of goodies with many provinces represented. This all applies to our Vegan Subscription Crate as well!
We have such a large selection of products you will never get the same product in your subscription crate twice (unless you really love something and want more! Please just email us and we can help you order more!)

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All orders are non refundable.

WHAT IF AN ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
In the event that an item is damaged during the shipping process please contact us. Depending on your location, we will either refund you for that particular product or send another one, free of charge. It is at the discretion of Canuck Crate whether a product is refunded or replaced. In the event that an item is not available, a refund will be given. Because of the nature of the products, the damaged item(s) need to be reported to us within 7 days of receipt of the package.

WHY DON'T YOU CHARGE TAX?
Ontario business law dictates that you only have to charge tax once your sales reach a certain amount. Even though charging tax makes your company look more established, we have decided to wait until we get there and pass the savings on to our customers.
